These sessions are designed to get your whole body moving and to build core strength and mental strength, all while tapping into your resilient nature; your warrior spirit. Lively up yourself with me! Sundays - 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM (EST) - Vinyasa Flow When you register for this class here, a Zoom link will be sent to you upon your registration so you can join the virtual experience. All you need to do is create a free zoom account.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a Strategy Session for any reason, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Please send an email or text message after you have cancel or reschedule using my calendar. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited without the opportunity to reschedule.
