Celestial Plant Healing Ceremony

Sacred plant medicine gathering facilitated by Sita and her team. Ceremonies go throughout the night moving from a silent meditation to mantras, sound healing and drumming, closing with movement and sharing. Medicines such as cannabis and tobacco are also used.

How to prepare:

-The most important ingredient for a good journey is to come with

an open heart.

-Set and intention/journal, not about what will happen but what

you hope to achieve from the experience.

-Fasting the day of the ceremony is important along with healthy

eating and mindful practices on days coming up to the ceremony.

-Bring a yoga mat, cushion, throw over, wear comfortable clothing,

journal, crystals or talisman or any special item you may need.

-Bring an offering of flowers, fruits, nuts or coins for the

ceremony.

-If you play an instrument, feel free to bring it.

-Consultation with Sita as per request.
