Embracing Grief: A Path to Deepen Your Human Experience After a loved one's transition, support from friends, family, and the community may wane as "normal" life resumes. At this pivotal time, EOL doulas return to meet with the family and provide support during the grieving process. They assist in processing grief, which may be accompanied by rituals or ceremonies. Creating a ritual offers a space for the transition from one reality to another in a ceremonial way, allowing for reflection and review. In the depths of grief lies an extraordinary opportunity for profound personal growth. Through the practices of breathwork, meditation, somatic movement, and beyond, we can navigate the depths of your grief together. Allow us to guide you on this transformative journey, where your grief becomes a catalyst for a deeper understanding of your own human experience. With compassionate support, we will explore various techniques and modalities that can help you embrace and navigate your grief. Together, we will create a safe and nurturing space where you can process your emotions, heal, and discover the hidden wisdom within your journey of loss. During your healing process we offer: Mediation, breath work, yin yoga, angel/oracle card pulls, affirmation channeling, journal prompts, intro to plant allies, sound therapy healing and so much more depending on the nature of the client’s needs. We will dive into the grief and begin to use it as a source of healing, strength and clearer awareness of Self.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a Strategy Session for any reason, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Please send an email or text message after you have cancel or reschedule using my calendar. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited without the opportunity to reschedule.
